Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
